Our Library

The society has an extensive library featuring publications about Lilydale and the surrounding districts. The library also has copies of all the society’s publications featured in our shop area plus copies of local histories published by other societies.

The community can access our library during our opening hours (see bottom of page) or if needed, other times can be arranged. simply click on the  Contact Us button above and send us an email with your requirements.

All our books have been indexed by title, author and topic and is being constantly updated as relevant new publications are being acquired.

The library has many out-of-print publications such as From Jolimont to Yering which is our most requested publication by book sellers throughout Australia and by people interested in the Yarra Valley wine industry and the Swiss connections.
